Sarah, brushing her doll's hair.....with the cat brush.

It really is easy for me to completely ignore so much that goes on around me. I'm home EVERY day, ALL the time. with my kids. As a homeschooling mom I give up a lot. But I gain so much more. Constant time to see my kids smile, to laugh with them, to dance with them, to learn with them, to learn FROM them... yet,the days often seem to pass by in a blur...from one day to the next. I am so guilty of not noticing the "tiny moments"...not taking advantage and just being "with" them. I hope this little project will remind me to take a closer look. To enjoy and smile at the tiny moments, because they really are precious...

Ah yes. We all need to "stop and smell the roses" as I like to call those little moments. I too, forget to pause and be thankful for those sweet moments that pass in a blink of an eye. Thank you for sharing this.
A cat brush? Too funny!!
What a great way to slow down and live in the moment!
